Exchange process 

 
  1. Complete the client onboarding form and remittance application form with identity documents 
  2. On the day of remittance, please call or send email to us asking for a valid bank account(This account is only valid for the day
  3. Transfer your funds into the bank account supplied and provide a copy of the transaction receipt.(Cash deposits are not accepted)
  4. Please verify the account number and beneficiary account information which is printed on the transaction slip.
  5. Depending on the currency and the region, the beneficiary will receive payment within 2 business days.

Important notice

  1. We do not accept any other funds transfer method other than telegraphic transfer (from your account to our account); No cash deposit.
  2. Please make your funds ready before transfering.
  3. CNY deposit amount should not exceed booked amount.
  4. Please deposit your funds within 30 mins once we provided you the RMB bank account. Any reason of delay, please inform us in advance.
  5. For any large amount of transaction , please provide the source of  the funds.
